The first travel seminar of ASPPI was attended by 50 students from the Institute of Theoretical and Applied Chemistry (ITAC) of NArFU, most of the students major in Pulp and Paper Industry Technology.

During the meeting they discussed the prospects of Russian Pulp & Paper industry development. Representatives of ASPPI told about their activities and invited the employees and students of the University to become members of the association. Besides that, the ASPPI members took part in a tour through the "Advanced Northern Bioresources Processing Technologies" Engineering and Innovation Center, equipped with the cutting edge equipment for studying properties of pulp and paper materials.
